One of the games I’ve been following that has been delayed until 2015 is that of Ubisoft’s upcoming title, Tom Clancy’s The Division. What caught my eye about the game is that the graphics engine in the game looks really amazing. The game is being developed by Massive Entertainment and features their own in-house engine called Snowdrop. Not much really was known about Snowdrop aside from the little they showed with The Division trailers but now, we have a video out of GDC that talks more about it. From the video, you can really see just how awesome the Snowdrop engine really is. It’s a pretty interesting watch, especially for those who are interested in the technical side of gaming.
