There’s a new game on iOS that aims to get kids off the couch and moving and it’s called Treasure Dash by Monkey Mojo Games. While the game may resemble your typical 3D platformer, it employs some rather unique controls. For starters, to move forward requires that the gamer bounce up and down and turning requires you to actually turn in the direction you want to go. This means that Treasure Dash requires constant motion to play.
Treasure Dash, available now for free on the iOS app store, combines motion controls with virtual reality to get kids on their feet and moving as they explore a colorful & immersive 3D world in the spirit of classic Nintendo adventures like Mario & Zelda. Designed to bridge the gap between mobile gaming and physical fitness for kids, players have to literally bounce and spin to keep their characters moving within the game.
I suggest checking out the app as it is free on the App Store. As a special treat, we’ve partnered up with the developers to give out 1 tiger character plush toy from the game.
