Today Fatshark and Nordic Games announce that the highly anticipated console versions of the critically acclaimed Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide is coming to PlayStation 4 on October 4, 2016.
Vermintide is a four player co-op game pitting you against vile and endless Skaven hordes, which have overrun the city of Ubersreik. Players must fight the menace together as four out of five heroes, each with unique play styles, personalities and weapon arsenals. Players are dropped into the deep end of the pool, and the game will have you struggling to stay afloat until you finish the level — or it finishes you.
The console edition will get an extended version that includes all DLCs released for the PC version to date. That means it will include the super challenging Last Stand game mode as well as its two maps, where the players fend off horde after horde of Skaven in intense and increasingly difficult battles. It will also include Sigmar’s Blessing as well as the Drachenfels DLC, which contains three additional adventure maps set outside of Ubersreik.
