Looks like the US doesn’t get to join in on the festivities; again. Japan will be getting a limited red Nintendo Wii in honor of Super Mario’s 25th Anniversary. The new Wii bundle will include Nintendo’s new Wii Remote Plus controller and a preinstalled copy of Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary Edition. The red Wii will be available November 11th.

Not that I have anything against the Wii that I bought on launch after standing in the cold and the rain in the early, early hours of the morning.
Yah, I bought my white Wii when it first came out as well. My son uses it more than I do. I would love to have the red one, just to have sine it’s Mario themed.
