I’d just like to take the time to say thank you to Astro Gaming for their great customer support and quick service. I few weeks ago I discovered that my existing plug on my Astor A30 were too large to fit on my iPhone 4 when I had the Bumper installed. A quick message over to @astrogaming on twitter yielded a quick response back and an email address so I could send a detailed photo of the problem. A day later I got a response back and discovered I had one of the pre-release cables that didn’t include the new plug on it. I gave them my address and they said they would send me a new cable.

Two days later I received the extension cable you see above free of charge and I didn’t even have to pay for shipping! Now that is quality service. I’d like to thank Stan, Community Marketing Manager over at Astro Gaming for all his help. It’s service like this that makes me recommend Astro Gaming products to my friends.
