SEGA as you know has been doing their part to help with the relief efforts in Japan with donating 100% of game sales last week with their Sonic iOS games. Well this week, SEGA is holding a special charity auction event on Ebay that includes some very rare and unique SEGA game merchandise. A lot of these items are things I never even knew existed.

If you check the official blog post here, you’ll see lots of rare gaming merchandise that would otherwise be almost impossible to obtain here. There are items ranging from Sonic lanyards to Yakuza branded shirts and fans. Much of it you’d have to be a true fan to appreciate but again, you’d be helping out a worth cause and 100% of the proceeds will be going to the Red Cross to help Japan.
