Max & Ruby: Max’s Mole Mash is is a fun children’s game from Watch More Television Interactive Inc. It is based on the popular kids show, Max & Ruby, and features both popular characters in the game. Max is though is the main character of this title is Max and his trusty mole mashing hammer. Max’s Mole Mash is based on the classic game of Whack-a-mole, but with the charm of the Max & Ruby shows. There are two game modes in Max’s Mole Mash, arcade and puzzle mode. Both modes are basically the same except that in puzzle mode, you’ll have to match the colors given to the moles you have to mash.

Fan’s of Max & Ruby will love what they’ve done with the game. Max’s Mole Mash has the look and feel of the Max & Ruby shows and even features voice acting from the show’s characters. (or at least it sounds like them) The user interface is very easy for kids to use and navigate around the game and overall, it’s very colorful and appealing.

The two game modes, arcade and puzzle are also very children friendly games. In arcade mode, you just tap on all the moles that pop up to whack them. Stay away from robots though or you’ll get penalized in points. Clocks will pop up to give you more time and prizes sometimes will appear as well that give you the option to claim a free wallpaper for your device. In puzzle mode, it’s basically the same but instead, max will shout out colors and you have to whack the moles with the same color helmets. Whack the wrong color and you get penalized points.

Max & Ruby: Max’s Mole Mash is a fun game, even if there really isn’t much variety in it. Kids will find the game enjoyable and it’s pretty easy to play as all they have to do is tap on the moles to mash them. The game does teach them how to focus however as they need to concentrate on either not hitting certain objects or to only hit a certain color. Max’s Mole Mash is really good for working on their hand to eye coordination.
