I got this in my inbox today and thought it was a really interesting children’s app. It’s called Toontastic and its developed by Launchpad Toys. Toontastic is a story telling app that allows children to draw, animate, and narrate their very own stories and then share them with others. Toontastic was named a Top 5 Education App for 2011 by Apple, and a Top 10 iPad App of 2011 by the New York Times.

The app is free in the App Store so it doesn’t hurt to give it try. I’ll be checking this app out as well and have a review up for it at a later time.
