If you don’t know what STEAM’s Big Picture mode is, it’s basically a controller friendly dashboard used for those who have their computers hooked up to a television. Big Picture makes it easy to navigate STEAM using a controller instead of the traditional keyboard / mouse setup that might not be as convenient if you are playing from your couch.

STEAM’s Big Picture was in beta for the last few months but STEAM has finally announced that it has graduated and is ready for a much wider audience. If you already have STEAM installed on your PC, you can check out Big Picture mode right now through the STEAM client. As a bonus for the release of Big Picture, STEAM is holding a huge celebration sale with a few games seeing huge 75% discounts. Some notable titles include Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, and LEGO Batman 2.
