Allods Adventure HD is a fantasy based puzzle game based on the world of Allods Online. There’s a pretty lengthy story involved with the game and it’s as follows: The Oakgrove family needs your help in finding the Great Treasure of June, a legendary fortune that was lost when the kingdom of Sarnaut fell to ruin. Today, the treasure is fiercely guarded by the mysterious Key Masters, the surviving protectors of the four archipelagos of Sarnaut. Armed with a collection of bizarre pets with magical abilities, solve the puzzles contained in each archipelago to unlock its respective Key Master and discover the mythical treasure. Collect stars and defeat the army of monstrous beasts guarding your path to move through each maze and reach the Key Masters. Can you use logic, strategy, and cunning to defeat the guardians of Sarnaut, solve each puzzle, and unearth the prize of a lifetime? Basically you’ll be controlling an army of unique creatures that will help you solve puzzles and defeat enemies.

I know nothing about Allods Online or the world in which this takes place. All I know is that even if you know nothing about the game, you’ll find a very good puzzle game that requires lots of skill and strategy. Basically, each level is laid out in a series of tiles. Some tiles are occupied by enemies while others are occupied by treasure. For each board, there is a set number of moves you are allowed to make for each of your creatures you hold in your inventory.You will need to somehow destroy all enemies while collecting all the treasure using only the allowed number of moves. Each creature you carry has their own specific skill set and powers so you’ll need to learn how to use them wisely. This is where the puzzling element comes in and where the game really shines. It’s very challenging and requires a lot of thought and strategy.

On top of all this great gameplay, Allods Adventure HD also features some really great graphics and art work. All the playing areas are rendered beautifully as well as a all the uniquely designed characters you can use. There’s also a good assortment of music and sound effects to round out the list of audio and visual stimulation.

Honestly, even if you have no idea what Allods Online is, you will still have a very good time playing Allods Adventure HD. I know I did. The puzzles are very challenging and and the creatures and worlds are quite intriguing and beautiful. It’s a very polished game and it shows with the graphics, music, and overall gameplay elements. It’s definitely worth checking out and for a limited time, it’s on sale for $0.99 instead of its usual $1.99 price.
