Blueprint 3D is a unique puzzle game from FDG Entertainment. The game presents you with a series of what seems like random dots and lines that you can rotate around in a 3D space. In actuality, if you rotate these series of random dots and lines a specific way, it will unveil a hidden “blueprint” design. This makes for very interesting gameplay that requires thought, creativity, and even a bit of luck.

The game is fairly easy to get into, just use your fingers to rotate the image in a 3D space and try to line up the random dots and lines to form a familiar image. It takes a few rounds before you start to get the hang of how exactly to line up the image but soon you’ll be flying through most of the levels. There are over 300 different puzzles to solve spanning several different themes. You can even create your own levels and share them with other players. It will take you some time to complete all of them but with a game like this, you can take your time.

There is one thing however that may bother some as it does slightly bother me and that is that after a while, the game just gets too easy. You start to notice a pattern of how they jumble up these dots and lines and you can literally solve each one within seconds. That means you can crank through a bunch of puzzles in minutes. Obviously that’s if you get good at it so for me, it just kind of got repetitive after a while.

However, despite that, Blueprint 3D is a very creative and unique game, though I will say it’s not really the first of this type as I’ve seen another game that was very similar to it. Overall though, the game is very slick and I believe most people should enjoy it. It’s a very relaxing puzzle game in which you can set your own pace with beautifully designed puzzles.
