It’s not secret that I like Toca Boca games. They are usually very well done and very child friendly. What makes them special though is how much there is usually to do in them and their replay value. They never get boring. With that said, the latest game I’ll be taking a look at is Toca Kitchen Monsters. The game is a fun, quirky cooking sim where kids can prepare food for two hungry monsters. Each monster has their own favorite foods. Can you figure out what they are?
You start off by choosing a monster you want to cook for. Select a main dish item from your refrigerator. You can tell if the monster will like that particular item if you place it in front of him on his plate. If he sticks his tongue out like he really wants it, then he’ll like it. Otherwise he will give you the stink face if he hates it. If he likes the food, you can prepare it in many different ways in your kitchen. You can slice it, blend it, boil it, fry it, or microwave it. You can even season it after with salt or pepper. Try to make something new with all 8 ingredients.
Other than that, Toca Kitchen Monsters is just a fun little app to help pass the time. There aren’t any real challenges to it or gaming per say. It’s just a fun little time waster that kids will enjoy playing with. They will be able to play Toca Kitchen Monsters any way they see fit.
