You know what I love about Apple’s iOS devices? The sheer amount of children’s apps available for them. There are so many really good apps for them to play around with and not only that, many of them are highly educational. I’m a big fan of diversity so it’s neat when there are apps that introduce something new. For instance, this new app from Appy Kids called Alfie, Haathi and The Magic Bioscope, introduces children to the land of India. On their journey, they’ll build their reading skills, comprehension skills and motor skills. With the rich background music and illustrations, your child will also get a glimpse into Indian culture.
It seems like a really fun theme and I like that it will introduce something new to most children. It’s free right now in the App Store and you can pick it up here for either the iPhone or iPad.
