Most of you should know by now, I love looking for deals online, that includes deals on apps in the App Store or on Google Play. It’s awesome when you find a really good game for free but sometimes you have to work to get your discounts. For instance, if you’re an Android user and want some free Google Play credits, you should check out Google Opinion Rewards. This app has been around for a few months already and I’ve been using since its introduction. Basically what the app is is a Google survey app that asks you a series of questions and at the end of it, they apply credit to your Google Play Account that you can use on any app in the store. These are mainly questions that are about yourself and what you think of certain products and topics. This is Google after all and at least you are getting some compensation for their data collecting.

How Google Opinion Rewards works is like this, about once a week or whenever a new survey is available that is relevant to you, you will get a notification on your device that a survey is available. Just click on the app after and you’ll be taken to that survey. Surveys can range from 1 question to many questions and depending on how long the survey is will determine how much you get paid. Do far, I’ve been paid from anywhere between $0.25 to as high as $2.00. I’m not sure if it goes any higher than that but I assume that if it’s a really long survey, you would.

At the end of the survey, you are usually paid right away with a balance of what is on your Google Play account. Overall, it’s not a bad app and a really easy way of getting free money to buy the apps that you want. The only downside for some I may see is that I’ve heard from others who say they rarely ever see a survey pop up for them whereas I actually do see a lot of them. I guess mileage varies from person to person.
