I’m back with more Surgeon Simulator Anniversary Edition gameplay footage. Today I’m featuring another batch of trophies you can get on this game. Again, there are some easy trophies you can get, but a majority of them are actually really difficult as they require you to finish surgeries under a specific time. These series of videos also show off a bit of the eye transplant surgery and the heart transplant.

In this video, I successfully complete the “Life’s Too Short” trophy. You will need to “Perform a heart transplant in an ambulance in under 1 minutes 40 seconds.”

I barely did it with a time of 01:34:924. Whew.

I’m not going to lie. I did this one by accident and happened to get a low enough time for the trophy. Basically You just break half of the rib cage (patient’s left, your right) and remove the lungs. Then you can cut the valves on the heart. You don’t have to remove the heart and can try to drop the new heart in. Sometimes it will complete the surgery, sometimes it won’t.

While you’re doing this, you can also unlock the “Nine Nine Nine!” trophy which is to “Perform a heart transplant in an ambulance.”

In this video, I successfully complete the “Keyhole Surgery” trophy. You will need to “Completely remove the rib cage.”

This trophy is unlocked if you remove the entire rib cage intact. I used the electric bone saw to cut the ends of the rib cage so that it would all come out in one piece. That’s basically all you have to do. It took me a few tried to get it as your patient ends up losing a lot of blood in the process.

In this video, I successfully complete the “Heterochromia” trophy. You will need to “Give the patient heterochromia.”

In case you don’t know what heterochromia, it basically means to have two different colored eyes. You will need to give the patient a blue eye and a brown eye. This trophy was very hard for me to do because the eye transplant is just difficult to perform. Mainly getting new eyes back in is a giant pain in the butt and don’t get me started on trying to pick them up either.
