It looks like the PS4 and PS Vita are finally getting theme support in the upcoming firmware update 2.0 and 3.3. I know theme support was something PS4 users were asking for in order to spruce up the otherwise bland default dashboard. Themes for the PS4 will include new wallpapers, icons, and maybe theme sounds. If you already own a PS3, it will be similar to that.
