I’ve never played any of the previous “Souls” games but playing Bloodborne this year has made me a fan of From Software. Despite the punishing nature of the game, I really enjoyed the difficulty and gameplay I experienced. Because of this, I’m really looking forward to playing Dark Souls III.

Bandai Namco released a new trailer today featuring many of the new bosses as well as an official release date of April 12, 2016. There will be a pretty sweet Day-One preorder edition that includes a starter strategy guide, special sleeve, and official soundtrack. There is also a collector’s edition, but that’s too much money for me to even consider.
