HTC today announced that their new entry level HTC Desire 530 will be heading to the US soon. The HTC Desire 530 will feature a 5-megapixel front facing camera with Auto Selfie and Voice Selfie modes as well as a rear facing, 8-megapixel camera. Like most of HTC’s devices, the Desire 530 will also feature HTC BoomSound profile and a built in amp to boost volume without distortion.

With a 5-inch HD display, the Desire 530 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor and runs Android 6.0.

The Desire 530 will come in Blue Lagoon, Sprinkle White or Stratus White depending on carrier (T-Mobile & Verizon).  An unlocked version of the device will also be available from HTC.com for $179, but only in Sparkle White.
