For the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung released a whole host of accessories for the phone, mainly cases. They released seven different cases, each with various designs and colors. As much as I would love to check out all the cases from them, I was only able to check out the new Standing Grip Case for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. This new case is one of their more interesting cases that features a retractable strap that can be used for getting a better grip on your phone and as a stand in landscape mode.

The Samsung Standing Grip Case for the Galaxy S24 Ultra is one of the more interesting cases I’ve been able to check out for the phone. I’m actually pleasantly surprised how much I really like this case. The case seems to have a plastic core that is pretty rigid but is also wrapped in a rubbery-like material. It gives the case a very soft and smooth feeling but also seems to offer a good amount of protection.

The color I got is the Taupe variant with an almost lime green accent on the back. This doesn’t match my phone at all, but when the case is on, you don’t even see any of the original color. It completely covers everything which is neat if you want to just switch it up every now and then.

The main feature of the Standing Grip Case is the strap on the back. It sits flat when it’s stored away but with one gentle push downwards, it converts into a hand strap. Another push downwards and a click and it secures in place to become a stand for viewing videos. It’s pretty secure too despite the strap material being soft and bendy.

With that said, the Samsung Standing Grip Case is in my top 5 cases for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This is definitely going to be one of the cases I rotate as my favorites, even though it’s not a color I would have chose. It still looks pretty good and I just love how soft and comfortable it is to use.
