Scosche makes a lot of really useful products for your vehicle. One product they make that is a must-have in all your vehicles is a portable car jumper with multiple uses. The Scosche PowerUp 600 Torch is a 600 amp jump starter, power bank, and flashlight combo for emergencies when no one is around to help you. There’s nothing worse than being stuck somewhere alone because your car won’t start from a dead battery.
I’ve used other portable jump starters and have been pretty happy with them. I can attest to the fact that they do work and come in handy in a pinch. However, why pick up a regular jump starter when you can get a multi-functional one. The Scosche PowerUp 600 Torch looks like an ordinary 300 lumens flashlight. As a flashlight, it’s pretty good. It’s bright, has four modes, and is perfect at night when visibility is low.
As great as it is as a flashlight, it’s even better as a jump starter. Just unscrew the bottom of the flashlight and plug in the included jumper cables. It’s also extremely easy to use as you just place the clamps to the corresponding colors on your battery, wait a few moments and then start your vehicle. That’s that simple. Just make sure you keep it charged after every few uses.

In terms of portable jump starters, the Scosche PowerUp 600 Torch is a very good one. I like that it’s multi-functional and in a way where the other features are useful. Keeping a flashlight in your car is as important as having a portable jump starter. This isn’t something you might use regularly; in fact, you might not use it at all. The whole point of this is so if you ever come across a situation where you’ll need it, you’ll have it.
