There are so many earbuds on the market right now that finding the right one isn’t an easy task. SOUDPEATS attempts to make the decision a bit easier with the release of the SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro+ earbuds. These are budget-friendly earbuds that don’t skimp on the features. For instance, they feature integrated Cowell Top-Firing xMEMS Microspeakers, the world’s smallest solid-state xMEMS Microspeakers, and AI adaptive active noise canceling (ANC).
DESIGN
While the SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro+ is advertised as budget-friendly, it sure doesn’t look like it. These look luxurious with their all matte black body and gold accents. The charging case has a USB-C port, but sadly, it doesn’t wirelessly charge.
The earbuds look just as good as the case does and are also black with gold accents. These have the AirPod-like posts on the earbuds, and they fit really comfortably in my ears. Note that there are extra ear tips of different sizes to help with the fitment.

EXPERIENCE
Out of the box, the SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro+ sound good. However, it’s not until you download the PeatsAudio App that your able to really customize and tune your audio. The app comes with a few audio presets and the ability to create custom ones. You’re also able to set the level of the ANC and whether you want to leave it on or turn it off. You can also turn on transparency mode.
Back to the audio, once you have your desired setup, you’ll unlock perfect audio. These things sounded so good with my entire playlist, and I’d say they easily beat out a lot of other earbuds I’ve tried that cost a lot more.
The earbuds are also easily controlled via touch, although I’ve never really liked touch controls on my earbuds, so I turned them off via the app.
Aside from the function, they fit really good and feel comfortable, even after long periods of time. It helps that there are different-sized ear tips and that part that sits in your ear isn’t too large or too small.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I had heard of SOUNDPEATS before but have never actually tried any of their products. The SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro+ has made me a fan. These not only sound good, but also look good. These look more expensive then they are and the audio quality blew me away. There’s a healthy amount of bass and there’s nothing it couldn’t play.
With that said, SOUNDPEATS is definitely on my radar now, and I wouldn’t pass up the chance to check out more products from them.
