Final is a Japanese audio brand that’s pretty serious about sound. Their latest is the Final VR3000 Wireless, built specifically for gaming. These are the wireless take on their popular VR3000 for Gaming wired model, and come complete with a charging case and an ultra-low latency USB Transceiver.

DESIGN
Box design is important, and the box for the VR3000 Wireless is fairly nice. It uses a heavy stock board and is mostly black in color, giving it a high-quality feel. In the box, you get the earbuds themselves, a charging case, a little USB-C dongle, and a good selection of ear tip sizes.
Moving to the charging case, it’s very small and will fit easily into your pocket. It has a USB-C charging port and a button on the front that you can press to see how much charge is being held. Opening the case reveals the two earbuds inside, but it does not have space to hold the wireless USB Transceiver. That would be the only flaw with the case that I see.
Moving to the earbuds, the VR3000 Wireless units are also pretty small with lots of curves on the inside portion. This is to aid with comfort and seems to fit very snug in your ear. The outer part of the earbud is mainly flat with the Final logo etched on the side.
The earbuds and case have a sleek, simple black design. They don’t scream “flashy gamer gear,” which I actually appreciate. They feel lightweight and comfortable, even after wearing them for a good couple of hours.
SPECS
- Battery Life: This is a strong point. Final says you can get up to 11 hours of playtime on a single charge (8 hours if you have Active Noise Cancelling on), and the charging case holds about another 27-30 hours. That’s a lot of gaming or listening time before you need to plug the case in!
- Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): The VR3000 Wireless does have ANC. The idea is to block out background noise like a computer fan or air conditioner so you can focus on your game. It works okay for steady, low hums, but don’t expect it to silence everything around you like some of the super high-end headphones. Final mentions they designed it to be less pressure-inducing for long wear, which is thoughtful.
- Microphone: The earbuds have built-in MEMS microphones for voice chat. Your voice should come through clearly enough for chatting with friends in-game, but it’s probably not going to be a replacement for a dedicated gaming headset microphone if you’re into serious streaming.
- Comfort: As I mentioned, these are pretty light and come with different ear tip sizes. I found them comfortable for longer play sessions without much ear fatigue. Final says their eartips are designed to sit softly at the entrance of your ear canal, which helps.
- App Support: There’s a “Final Connect” app that lets you customize some settings, like EQ, which is a nice bonus.

EXPERIENCE
Connecting the Final VR3000 Wireless to a gaming console or your PC is super simple, and just requires that you plug in the included USB-C transceiver. This gives you a super low-latency connection – basically, that means the sound you hear matches up almost perfectly with what’s happening on screen.
You can also connect via Bluetooth on your phone, for instance, but the dongle is the way to go if you’re using it for gaming.
Now, for the sound. This is where the VR3000 Wireless really tries to shine. They are designed to make game audio sound spacious and clear, so you can hear where sounds are coming from – like footsteps behind you or action off to the side. I found they did a really good job of this, making games feel more immersive. Explosions have punch, and quieter atmospheric sounds in role-playing games really draw you in. They use what Final calls “f-Core VR” drivers, which are basically the tiny speakers inside, and they’ve even made them a bit bigger (10mm) for this wireless version.
They also work well for just listening to music. The sound is pretty balanced, meaning the bass, mids, and highs all come through clearly without one overpowering the others.

FINAL THOUGHTS
The Final VR3000 Wireless earbuds are a really solid choice if you’re looking for comfortable, immersive sound for your gaming sessions, especially if you play on PS5, Switch, or PC. The low-latency wireless connection via the USB-C dongle is a big win, making sure your audio keeps up with the action. They also double up nicely as good earbuds for music on the go.
The long battery life is fantastic, and the comfortable fit means you can wear them for those marathon gaming nights. While the ANC isn’t top-of-the-line, it’s a decent addition.
If your main priority is crystal-clear, lag-free game audio in a comfy wireless earbud package, the Final VR3000 Wireless is definitely worth a look. They aim to make your games sound more real, and for the most part, they hit the mark!
