SoundPeats H3 Review

SoundPeats has been making a name for itself in the competitive world of true wireless audio, and their latest release cements their place as a true player in this field. The SoundPeats H3 wireless earbuds aim to deliver an audiophile-grade experience, featuring a flagship triple-driver acoustic architecture and support for Hi-Res Wireless Audio, including Snapdragon Sound and aptX Lossless decoding. Beyond the promise of exceptional clarity, the H3 doesn’t skimp on features, including AI-powered Adaptive Noise Control (ANC), all wrapped up in a distinctive, semi-transparent design.

DESIGN

Stepping away from the standard look that most earbuds have these days, the SoundPeats H3 immediately distinguishes itself with what the company calls a “Distinctive Hi-Fi Design.” The key aesthetic feature is the elegant, semi-transparent housing, which provides a glimpse into the complex inner architecture, including the intricate triple-driver setup. This visual flair is complemented by precision-engineered aluminum details, notably the anodized aluminum nozzle, which is claimed to not only enhance the look but also refine acoustic performance, particularly treble clarity. The H3 is built to be lightweight (around 6g per earbud) for comfortable, extended wear, and features an IPX5 water resistance rating, ensuring practical durability for workouts and outdoor use.

EXPERIENCE

The SoundPeats H3 have become one of my favorite pairs of earbuds I’ve used in a while. Why? Because the sound on these is incredible. One of the first things that blew my mind was the insane amount of bass these can pump out. That doesn’t mean that the high end gets sacrificed because the highs are crisp with very clear vocals. What’s great is that you can adjust the audio to your liking and fine tune it in the SoundPeats app.

The ANC on these is strong and does a great job quieting my surroundings so I can enjoy my tunes. Battery life on these is also decent at around 7 hours or up to 37 hours with the charging case. Charging is done via USB-C and is quick, but it does lack wireless charging.

Lastly, while the SoundPeats H3 have a really interesting look, they are quite large. They fill up a good portion of my ear and do feel chunky compared to others.

FINAL THOUGHTS

The SoundPeats H3 is, quite simply, one of the most exciting entries in the mid-range TWS market I’ve tested this year. The sophisticated triple-driver acoustic architecture is not just a marketing bullet point; it delivers where it counts. If you crave a powerful, thumping bass, these earbuds absolutely satisfy, pushing out a deep, resonant sound that never loses its satisfying punch. The overall sound quality is fantastic and wildly engaging across all genres. Factor in the effective Adaptive ANC, the great battery life, and the striking design, and the SoundPeats H3 delivers tremendous value, making them an instant favorite and a highly recommended.
