This is the Marvel character Vision. He is an android created by the robot Ultron. This is just one variation of Vision as he has had a few different styled costumes over the years. He does have a cape, but ModNation only allows for this tiny cape that you can’t even see from the front. I did add a collar from the cape as you can see but the bottom of the actual cape is hidden. I wish ModNation would allow you to make the cape much larger.

I’ve done a few versions of Vision’s costume so I’ll post those up later as well if you like 1 style over another.
