DiceBall is from developer 3D Construct. The game of DiceBall consists of a play area, a metal ball and several dice. The goal is to get the highest score possible in a given amount of time.

What makes DiceBall unique is the fact that the entire game uses your iPhone’s tilt function to control the metal ball. You must control your ball so that it only hits green dice. Scoring is based on what number appears on the face of the dice. Green dice add points while red dice subtracts points. Blue dice do nothing while special magnetic orange dice alter the direction of your metal ball. DiceBall may seem simple on the surface but it really can be quite challenging navigating a ball around to where you want it to go.

What I really like about DiceBall is just how realistic it is. The physics seem spot on and the tilt controls are very accurate which they need to be for this type of game. The game itself can be pretty addicting since you are trying to increase your score each time and the inclusion of magnetic dice makes it a real challenge. DiceBall is also a game that everyone can enjoy no matter what age you are and it’s a game that you can just pick up and play as there really isn’t anything special you need to learn in order to play it.

There isn’t really anything negative I would say about this game as I couldn’t really find anything wrong with it. It may look boring on the surface but it’s actually quite fun and does require a bit more concentration then most other games. DiceBall is a game that everyone can enjoy no matter what age you are and it’s a game that you can just pick up and play as there really isn’t anything special you need to learn in order to play it.
