One of the main reasons I really want to own an iPad is to use it as an art tool. In my younger days, I used to carry around a sketchbook with me and jot down ideas or capture things I saw. Those days are gone as now, the last thing I want to do is carry even more stuff with me. That’s why I’m eager to pick up a tablet, mainly the next iPad 2. It will be able to do most of what I use my laptop to do on the road and will have the added benefit of being used as a digital sketchpad. All I would need to get is something like the Nomad Capacitive Brush for that real drawing/painting feel.
