I would say any child ages 2 and up even though the rating for this game is 4+. Follow along with Zoë as she teaches you about shapes, colors, and numbers.  Zoë’s World is a simple educational app and one that is perfect for beginners.

There are three modes in Zoë’s World – numbers, shapes, and colors. In each mode, Zoë tells you what all the numbers, shapes, and colors are. By tapping on each individual item, Zoë also tells you what it is. If you tap on Zoë, she asks you to find a specific number, shape, or color. It’s all very simple and there really isn’t that much to the app, but what it does do, it does well.

Zoë’s World is a very cute educational app with an art style similar to Dora the Explorer. Zoë as a character is very appealing and children of all ages to really like her. She narrates the entire app so every item they press, they’ll hear her voice. The app is made for those just learning about shapes, colors, and numbers so it’s good that Zoë’s World doesn’t get overly complicated. Overall, it’s a very well made app and very suitable for young children.

Zoë’s World is available now in the App Store for $0.99. It is a universal app and is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.2 or later.
