Yeah, you see that little button on the side of the updated Canon PowerShot N? It’s a Facebook button that will automatically upload photos for you straight to Facebook via Wi-Fi connection. The PowerShot N features a 2.8-inch capacitive, tilt-touch panel LCD, 8x optical zoom and a 28mm wide-angle lens, packaged with a 12.1-megapixel High-Sensitivity CMOS sensor and DIGIC 5 Image Processor.
It is an odd shaped, square camera, although the form factor is supposed to make it much easier to hold in different orientations. Whether or not a Facebook connected camera will be popular is anyone’s guess but it is convenient if you really love Facebook. The PowerShot N Facebook ready digital camera will be available in white in September 2013 on the Canon Direct online store for $299.99.
