There are plenty of puzzle games in the App Store, but how many puzzle games out there do you come across that truly feel unique and grab your attention? Not many from my experience, but once in w while you stumble upon one that is so good that you actually want to play it all the way through and solve every level there is. Move from Nitako is just such a game. Move is a unique dot shifting game in which you must move and match colored dots with their corresponding colored squares by sliding the entire group of dots in unison.

The object of the game is slide a series of dots around in unison in order to get them all to sit on top of their corresponding squares. Every time you make a move, all the dots move the same way unless they are blocked by something. You only have a set number of moves to solve the puzzle until the game ends. On each level, there is a minimum number of moves you can make to 3 star the level and that’s what you really want to shoot for. That’s what makes the game really challenging, trying to 3 star everything. If you watch the trailer video below, you can get a feel for how the game is.

Graphically, the game is very clean and has a very minimalistic look to it. This means there are no distractions from overly done graphics and you can concentrate more on the actual gameplay. What’s also cool are the sound effects used that are sound basically like musical notes with each move you make.

If you’re looking for a new and unique puzzle game to play in your spare time, give Move your consideration. It’s a very good game and quite challenging once you get into the later levels. You get 300 levels for free with the option to buy another 900 levels from what I see. It’s good because you can try out a good amount to see if you like it or not before you commit to more levels. Overall, I’d say to go download it and definitely give it a try.
