I only just started playing Surgeon Simulator Anniversary Edition on the PS4 and it’s an amazingly difficult game to play. The thing is, that’s the whole charm of it and I can see why it was so hugely popular on the PC. It’s such a chaotic game that is the complete opposite of what an actual surgery simulator should be and that’s what makes the game so hilarious.

What would make a game like this even better? Local co-op!! Who wouldn’t want to perform delicate surgery with a partner? You’ll soon be able to as a free update to Surgeon Simulator A&E will be out on August 27th that will allow PS4 owners to play the game with a local co-op partner. That means twice the surgical fun.
