Adventures of Pip Gameplay – TGWK Plays the PAX South Demo [Video]

The Adventures of Pip is a retro style platformer that will soon be heading to PC and PS4 come this May. I have a special treat for you as I was able to get a demo copy of the game on PC which was playable at PAX South. Basically the video below is live video I captured while playing the game, which only allowed me to play the first stage. What I played though was very solid and quite fun. I really enjoyed many of the game mechanics they have in place for the Adventures of Pip so it will definitely be a game I’ll check out when the full version is released on PS4.

If you’re heading to PAX East, be sure to check out the Tic Toc Games booth for a chance to play Adventures of Pip on the show floor.

About Adventures of Pip
Adventures of Pip is an action-platformer releasing in May 2015 on Steam (PC/MAC), Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS4. You play as Pip, an unlikely 1-pixel hero in a 32-bit world with the unique ability to absorb the pixels of his defeated enemies to evolve into three different forms. The game features a soundtrack by Jake “virt” Kaufman, composer for Shantae and the Pirates Curse, Bloodrayne: Betrayal, Shovel Knight, and more. The game completed a successful Kickstarter in October 2014, blasting past their goal with 164% funding thanks to the support of 2,500+ backers. In a mere three months, Pip‘s hi-fidelity adventure begins.
