One of the higher profile indie games to hit PS4 last week was that of Stoic’s award winning and critically claimed, The Banner Saga. This is a game that was only previously available for PC and mobile users and after months of porting, has finally made it to console.

The below video is my first real experience with The Banner Saga. I had never played it on any of the other platforms so the transition to console format isn’t really an issue for me. Already I can tell that the game is very story driven with a lot of strategy involved when it comes to battling. What I really enjoy though is the art which is really well done.
