Stack Review | Mobile

stack_iconThere are days when I want to play a game that requires very little thinking. A game that doesn’t require me to solve complicated puzzles or require very much input from my hands. Sometimes I want to play a game that only requires a tap of the screen for me to enjoy the game. If this sounds like you, maybe you should give Stack a go.

Stack is a game about stacking blocks. That’s really all there is to it. Blocks come in from the sides and you tap the screen to lay them on top of the previous block. The goal is to lay them perfectly on top of each other with a perfectly timed tap. If not, the portion of the block that is hanging off the side gets cut off and you’re left with a smaller surface area to work with. You basically keep repeating this to form the highest tower of blocks you can until you can no longer do so.

That’s it. Stack is mainly one of those game meant to test your hand-eye coordination and can be played completely one handed. There’s really not much thinking involved and I’m totally fine with that. This is a fun game that you can play during your free minutes and while the premise is simple enough, mastering it can be a challenge. How high can you stack?
