Developed by Bend Studios, Days Gone was a surprise announcement for me as I had not heard anything of the game before it was showed off at the PlayStation event. The game looks seriously gorgeous and had that “The Last of Us” feel to it. In fact, I at first thought it was some kind of sequel, but it wasn’t that at all. The announce trailer really tries to play on your emotions and gives a sense of screwed up the world is that this takes place in. It seems to be another one of those end of days type games but very story driven.
Below is an extended gameplay trailer that shows off what the game is like to play. Again, a lot of similarities to the critically acclaimed title, The Last of Us, but that’s not a bad thing at all.
