I was a big fan of Q.U.B.E. Director’s Cut when I got to first play it on the PS4 and even made it through the entire story mode. It was a fun experience and was sad to see it end. Well, the developer Toxic Games today announced that there will be a Q.U.B.E. 2 and it will be shown off for the first time at this year’s Gamescom in Cologne. Sadly that’s not an event I’ll be attending but I am really happy to see that a sequel is being made.
About Q.U.B.E. 2
Sequel to Toxic Games’ first multiplatform title: Q.U.B.E.: Director’s Cut, the player explores a sentient monolithic structure called The Q.U.B.E, which identifies the main character’s desires and creates puzzles in a shifting environment for the player to complete. The main character wants to solve these puzzles as they help him deal with his past as it manifests itself within the ever-changing Q.U.B.E.’s interior.
