This War of Mine: The Little Ones expansion is finally hitting iOS and Android today for the low, low price of just $3.99. You’ll still have to buy the original game to make use of the expansion, but that too is currently prices at $3.99. I reviewed this title earlier for the PS4 (here) and really enjoyed how different this was from your normal war game.

In This War of Mine: The Little Ones, you take control of civilians who are caught in this war who are just trying to survive. With this expansion, you’ll explores the hardships of wartime survival as seen by a child. This DLC, putting you in charge of a group of adults and children stuck in a war-torn city, focuses not only on the reality of enduring war, but also on how even in times of conflict, kids are still kids: they laugh, cry, play, and see the world differently. In addition to thinking about survival, you’ll have to summon your inner child to understand how to protect the little ones.
