If you’ve been enjoying Monster Hunter: World like I have, you’re probably still knee deep in missions and hunting tempered beasts for elusive items you need for the perfect build. You’ll probably want to take a short break from that however so you can pick up the PlayStation 4 exclusive skin and bow from Horizon Zero Dawn.
From now until March 15th, head on over to your quest board start the special event quest entitled “The Proving” where you’ll have to hunt the largest Anjanath you’ve ever seen. Note you’ll have to be at least a hunter rank 11 to participate as this is a 6 star quest. You will need to do the quest several times to gather the materials needed to forge the Aloy armor and bow from the Smitty.
