Sony Pictures Virtual Reality today announced that a new Ghostbusters title will be hitting the Meta Quest 2 in the form of Ghostbusters VR. Developed by nDreams, Ghostbusters VR will take place in a brand new city, San Fransisco. Solve a deep mystery across a new chapter in the Ghostbusters universe. Track, blast, and trap ghosts in gripping encounters by wielding iconic equipment. Go it alone, or as a team with up to three friends in co-op, in an extensive and engrossing campaign. Continue the Ghostbusters’ legacy, protect the city from fiendish ghosts, and experience all the humor and frights from the beloved franchise.

So far there isn’t too much in the way of info and even the teaser trailer itself is basically footage that is pre-rendered and not actual in-game footage. Regardless, we’re excited to hear about a new Ghostbusters game and hopefully there will be more info about it soon.
