A lot of my day is spent sitting around in a chair in front of a computer and while it might now seem like a very strenuous activity, I can tell you that after long work sessions, my body can feel tired and sore. I’ll attribute that to the fact that I”m much older now. One of the easiest ways to get relief is with a massage gun that can ease the pain in your muscles. one such massage gun is the Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun which features five speeds, five massage heads, powerful performance, and a lightweight 1.5 lbs body.
Before we begin, here’s a little backstory to the brand Bob and Brad. The brand is named after its founders, Bob Schrupp and Brad Heinick, who are actual physical therapists. Apparently, they are really well-known and have millions of social media followers and over 50 years of combined experience in their field with a goal of helping 100 million people. That brand itself is about 10 years old with many of its products gaining very respectable reviews.
So with that said, let’s get started.
The Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun is a lightweight, portable massage gun with many of the features you’d look for in much larger units. Features such as a powerful 3200 RPM motor, five interchangeable massage heads, five variable speeds, USB Type-C charging, and a smart chip that will shut the C2 Massage Gun down after 10 minutes to prevent injury and damage to the massage gun.
In terms of design, while it’s not the smallest massage gun I’ve seen, the Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun is a good compromise between size and weight. It’s a handheld unit that only weighs 1.5 lbs and looks like a small hairdryer. The body is made of plastic with a soft-touch coated handle and feels very solid and premium. The color scheme is that of dark gunmetal grey with black accents with all the attachments being black as well. Overall a pretty well-designed and good-looking unit. What I really like though is that the C2 MAssage Gun includes a carrying case that can hold the gun, massage heads, and all the extra accessories and instruction booklets that it came with.
In terms of experience and usage, the Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun is as simple as they come to operate. You just pop on a massage head you want to use and then press the button on the back with your thumb. Each press afterward changes the speed of the motor and when you want to turn it off, just hold down the button until it shuts off. There’s also a speed indicator to show you which speed you’re at and a battery indicator at the bottom that shows you how much charge is left.
When it comes to power, this definitely doesn’t lack that because, at its highest settings, this thing is super powerful, almost too powerful. I haven’t had a need to use it at full strength nor do I think it would ever have to. I”m sure some people might, but for me, levels 1-3 are enough.
So would I recommend the Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun? The answer is yes and the reason is that the C2 Massage Gun is very good. I love the features it has and the build quality is very good. I love that it has five speeds and five assorted massage heads but my favorite feature is that it comes with a handy carrying case for everything. With that said, the performance of the C2 Massage Gun is more than I could ever ask for and this is one of the best I’ve used thus far. Everything is so well made that the Bob and Brad unit should last you a very long time and provide years of muscle relief.
