Elite Dangerous Gets a Release Date on PlayStation 4 – June 27th, 2017

We’ve known for some time now that the critically acclaimed massively multiplayer space epic Elite Dangerous was coming to PS4 some time this year, we just didn’t know when. Well now we do as developer Frontier Developments today announced that it’ll be release on June 27th, 2017 as both physical retail and digital formats.

Elite Dangerous and the Elite Dangerous: Horizons season pass will be available digitally on the PlayStation Store as standalone products or together as part of the Commander Deluxe Edition, complete with the bonus Commander Paint Pack.

Pre-order on PlayStation Store to receive the exclusive Gold Sidewinder ship paint job. Digital pre-orders are available today in Europe and May 30 in the United States.

Elite Dangerous: Legendary Edition will also be available at physical retail stores for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the same day, featuring Elite Dangerous, the Elite Dangerous: Horizons season pass and a bonus 1,000 Frontier Points to spend on in-game cosmetic items.
