Ever wanted to run Windows 95 on your modern machine? Probably not, but now you can thanks to @felixrieseberg over on Twitter. What’s neat about this is that you don’t have to run it through any virtualization software or anything. Just download the installer and install it like you would a regular app.
I put Windows 95 into an Electron app that now runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. It’s a terrible idea that works shockingly well. I’m so sorry.

It’s actually pretty neat and runs pretty smoothly. I’m not sure what you’d really use it for, but at the very least, it’s a nostalgic way to play solitaire and minesweeper. You can grab the install files here.
