It’s taken a while, but we’re finally making the jump to VR. Oculus/Meta is the leader in VR right now and their latest Quest 2 product sold like hotcakes over the holidays. You also can’t deny that the Quest 2 is a solid device at a price point that’s hard to beat.
What makes the Quest 2 such an attractive buy and what ultimately pushed me over the edge is the fact that not only can you use the Quest 2 on your PC, but you can also use it as a standalone device that requires no tethering. That means you can take it with you to a friend’s house or on vacation and it’ll work just as well as it would tethered to a PC.
Anyways, you’ll most likely be seeing a lot more VR-based reviews and features here now along with our usual Nintendo Switch and PlayStation-based posts. Of course, we also added PC gaming now so expect more from us in 2022.
